Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about BugaNet's products, pricing and service.
1. What is BugaNet?
BugaNet provides custom-made fibreglass window insect nets designed to help keep mosquitoes and other flying insects out while allowing fresh air to circulate through your home.
2. How much does BugaNet cost?
Pricing depends on the number of standard windows: 10–15 windows cost R199 per window; 16–20 cost R179 per window; and 21 or more cost R169 per window. Non-standard windows may need a separate quotation.
3. What is included in every package?
Every package includes professional on-site digital measurement and frame preparation, factory-tailored premium fibreglass window nets, and free delivery to your property. Customers attach the nets to the pre-installed attachment system.
4. What material do you use?
BugaNet uses fibreglass insect mesh designed to allow ventilation while helping keep unwanted insects outside. Mesh performance and durability depend on correct use and care.
5. Will the nets keep mosquitoes out?
The nets are designed to help prevent mosquitoes and other flying insects from entering through properly screened windows. Open doors, unscreened windows and gaps elsewhere may still allow insects inside.
6. Do you measure and install the window nets?
We digitally measure your windows on-site and prepare the window frames with our attachment system. The nets are custom-made and delivered to your property; you attach them to the prepared system. This is not a full net-installation service.
7. Can I order nets for different window sizes?
Yes. We measure your windows on-site so the nets can be tailored to their dimensions. Unusually shaped or non-standard windows may require a separate quotation.
8. Can I combine my order with my neighbour's?
Yes, you can enquire about BugaNet Neighbour Connect. Contact us to confirm whether your combined quantity qualifies and how measurement visits and delivery will be coordinated.
9. Which areas do you serve?
BugaNet is based in Randfontein, Gauteng. Contact us with your property address to confirm service availability for your area.
10. How do I place an order?
Send us your name, contact number, property address and estimated number of windows. We will discuss the suitable package and arrange an on-site measurement visit.
11. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposit requirements and payment terms will be confirmed in your quotation.
12. How long does the process take?
Production and courier times depend on scheduling and availability. As a guide, production may take around one day, followed by approximately 2–4 days in courier transit after dispatch. We will confirm an estimate for your order.
13. What if my window net becomes damaged?
Contact BugaNet with details of the damage. We can assess the issue and advise whether repair or replacement is appropriate. Any charges and warranty coverage will be confirmed separately.
